When and where can I pick up my SupportWorld Live 2024 badge?

Pre-Conference Training Registration and Main Registration (Attendee Registration) is located in Lobby A of the Colorado Convention Center.

How do I access the SupportWorld Live event app?

The SupportWorld Live app is hosted on the Swapcard platform. Download the SupportWorld Live app by searching in the app store for: "Enterprise IT Events – Informa" or use the QR code below. Once downloaded, use it to create your schedule, find and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees, and navigate the Expo Hall. All registrants will receive an invitation via email to enter the virtual platform a week before the event, or you can login using the email address you used to register.

 

 

Does SupportWorld Live have a code of conduct?

Yes. SupportWorld Live is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. The SupportWorld Live Code of Conduct outlines expectations for participant behavior and consequences for unacceptable behavior.

How can I request assistance in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act?

If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please ask for assistance at the registration desk located in Lobby A at the Colorado Convention Center.

What are the filming and recording guidelines?

Legitimate news media with approved credentials and media badges whose only intention is to gather film clips for a newscast can receive special clearance to film onsite at the Colorado Convention Center, with restrictions. Please note that there are limitations (even for media badge holders) for filming or recording at SupportWorld Live, and filming or recording of SupportWorld Live content/sessions is strictly prohibited. SupportWorld Live reserves the right to approve all filming and recording within the event. For more information, please contact [email protected].
