ACCESS TO MEDIA LIST
The media list will be available for download in the Exhibitor Portal two weeks prior to the event on Monday, March 30th. This list will give you the opportunity to coordinate onsite interviews with pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers. Once available, the media list will be updated each week until the event.

PRESS RELEASES
The SupportWorld Live PR team regularly distributes press releases around the event. Additionally, they will release an announcement focused exclusively on event exhibitors. We encourage you to also complete and distribute your own press releases announcing your participation for increased exposure. Please read the press release guidelines below for reference.

INCLUSION IN OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

If your company is planning to make an announcement leading up to or at SuuportWorld Live, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor news, to be distributed one week prior to the event on Monday, April 13th  Submissions are now being accepted through Friday, April 3rd. The submission form can be found in the exhibitor portal.

Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and marketing copy will not be considered.

PRESS RELEASE GUIDELINES

SupportWorld Live owns its brands and content, and must approve any third-party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your exhibitor announcement, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, we ask that you please include the event boilerplate in your release.
