Should I attend training, the conference, or both?

Can I attend with a limited professional development budget?
Many attendees justify attendance by combining education, networking, certification preparation, and vendor research into a single trip. HDI also offers multiple pass options, allowing you to choose an experience that aligns with your goals and budget.
I’m short on time. Is HDI Service & Support World still worth attending?
Absolutely. The Discovery Pass was designed specifically for busy professionals who want to experience the conference in a single day. You’ll still gain access to keynotes, conference sessions, networking opportunities, and the Expo Hall.
What makes HDI Service & Support World different from vendor events?
HDI Service & Support World is an independent event focused on practical service and support excellence across people, process, technology, leadership, AI, customer experience, and ITSM. Attendees gain exposure to diverse perspectives rather than a single product ecosystem.
Can I save money by bringing my team?
Yes. Register three or more attendees from the same company and save 25% on conference registration.
What do attendees typically bring back to their organizations?
Most attendees leave with practical ideas, process improvements, leadership strategies, technology insights, and new industry connections they can apply immediately after returning to work.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your HDI Service & Support World registration, you may do so for a full refund, less $200 service charge until January 15, 2027. Cancellations received between January 16 – March 26, 2027 will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and $200 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after March 26, 2027 or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to HDIEventReg@informa.com. There is no cancellation fee for Expo Hall passes.
Program Changes
Informa Connect, producers of HDI Service & Support World, reserve the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Participation for all sessions and programs is on a first-come, first-served basis. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.
Important Notes
- Expo Hall Only passes do not include lunch.
- By registering for HDI Service & Support World, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. HDI Service & Support World is open to industry professionals and proof of industry involvement is required. You will be asked to present a business card as well as a photo ID when you check-in.
- If you register for our event using an exhibitor-specific registration code, Informa Connect may share certain contact information you provided to us with our exhibitors. To learn more, please read our Privacy Policy.
- Promo codes cannot be retroactively applied.
- Only one promotional code or offer may be used per registration.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse Expo Hall Only, VIP Passes and/or Digital Experience pass applications from representatives of companies that compete with official HDI Service & Support World Sponsors and Exhibitors.
