Media Registration for HDI Service & Support World
HDI Service & Support World welcomes qualified journalists, analysts, bloggers, freelance writers, broadcast journalists, and other eligible members of the media to apply for a complimentary media pass.
A media pass gives you access to the full HDI Service & Support World experience, where IT service and support professionals come together to explore the ideas, technologies, and strategies shaping the future of the industry.
Who Qualifies for a Complimentary Media Pass?
To qualify, you must regularly cover the IT industry and be able to provide recent examples of your work.
Applicants must provide bylined articles, reports, or other qualifying editorial coverage published within the past six months.
Media passes are intended for working members of the media. They are not available to:
Publishers
Marketing or PR professionals
Sales professionals
C-level professionals without a media role
Private consultants paid by an individual company
Individuals producing confidential content
Individuals creating content solicited by an exhibiting company
If you are attending on behalf of or at the request of an exhibiting company, please contact that company about obtaining an event pass.
What Are the Requirements for Each Type of Media?
Reporters
Reporters from online trade or business publications, newspapers, and wire services must provide bylined articles published within the past six months.
Qualifying outlets must:
Publish original news content, not simply links, forums, troubleshooting tips, or reader contributions
Have more than 1,000 readers per month
Have a reporting staff of two or more
Publish industry-related news at least once per week
Analysts
Writers from internationally recognized market research or financial institutions must regularly contribute to published newsletters and/or reports.
Applicants must provide an industry-related report published within the past six months that clearly identifies them as the author.
Bloggers
Bloggers must regularly cover the industry and have published content about relevant market technologies within the past six months.
Qualifying blogs must feature original, dated, industry-related news or editorial content beyond links, forums, troubleshooting tips, and reader contributions.
Freelance Writers
Freelance writers must:
Provide an article published within the past six months
Be on assignment from a news outlet to cover HDI Service & Support World
Broadcast Journalists & Photographers
Broadcast crews and photographers must provide proof that they are affiliated with a media outlet and are part of its editorial team.
Association & Publication Newspaper Staff
Reporters from internationally recognized magazines, newspapers, or newsletters produced by industry associations must provide articles published within the past six months.
Newsletters must have a registered subscriber base of at least 500.
What Comes With a Media Pass?
Qualified analysts and journalists receive complimentary admission to HDI Service & Support World.
In exchange, media pass recipients agree to publish at least one article, blog post, report, or insight related to the event.

If you meet the requirements above, submit your media pass request. Applications are reviewed individually, and receiving media credentials for a previous Informa event does not guarantee approval for HDI Service & Support World.
HDI Service & Support World reserves the right to approve or decline media badge requests.
