HDI Service & Support World is designed for service desk professionals, IT support analysts, managers, directors, ITSM practitioners, customer experience leaders, and executives looking to improve service, develop their teams, and stay ahead of what's next.
Whether you're solving frontline support challenges or shaping enterprise service strategy, you'll find sessions, networking opportunities, and practical ideas you can take back to work.
What makes HDI Service & Support World different from vendor events?
HDI Service & Support World is built around independent education, not sales pitches.
Our conference brings together experienced practitioners, industry experts, and leading solution providers, giving you balanced perspectives, real-world case studies, and actionable strategies you can apply regardless of the tools your organization uses.
You'll leave with practical knowledge, new connections, and ideas you can put into action, not just product demos.
I'm attending for the first time. Will I fit in?
Absolutely.
Every year, thousands of IT professionals attend HDI Service & Support World for the first time. From our Newcomers Orientation to networking events, Community Corner, and welcoming HDI community, you'll find plenty of opportunities to connect with peers who understand the challenges you face every day.
You'll arrive as an attendee and leave feeling like part of the community.
What can I expect to bring back to work?
Practical ideas you can use immediately.
Attendees leave with new strategies for improving IT service delivery, AI adoption, leadership, customer experience, service management, and support operations, along with valuable peer connections and fresh perspectives that continue long after the conference ends.
Can I attend for just one day?
Yes.
If your schedule doesn't allow for the full conference, our Discovery Pass lets you experience a full day of HDI Service & Support World, including keynote presentations, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and the Expo Hall.
Can my team attend together?
Yes, and many organizations do.
Bringing your team allows everyone to divide and conquer across different sessions, compare notes afterward, and return with ideas that can be implemented across your organization. Groups of three or more attendees also qualify for discounted group pricing.
How do I convince my manager to send me?
HDI Service & Support World is an investment in your team's success.
Our conference is designed to help IT professionals solve real service challenges, discover proven best practices, build leadership skills, and connect with peers facing similar issues. We also offer resources to help you demonstrate the value of attending and build a business case for approval.
