How to Participate
Planning an announcement leading up to or during HDI Service & Support World? Submit your news to the HDI PR team by Friday, April 2, 2027 for consideration in our exhibitor press release, scheduled for distribution on April 12, 2027.
Please include:
Company name
Company or product URL
Booth number
Announcement of up to 50 words
Keep it newsworthy. Submissions should focus on actual company, product or event news rather than promotional marketing copy.

We get it. Sometimes big news needs to stay under wraps.
If you're planning an announcement at HDI Service & Support World but can't release the details in advance, contact our PR team. We'll work with you to determine what can be included without spoiling the reveal.

Who can submit news for the exhibitor press release?
Companies exhibiting or sponsoring at HDI Service & Support World may submit relevant company or product announcements for consideration.
What kind of announcement should I submit?
Think news, not an ad. Product launches, company announcements and other noteworthy news connected to your participation at HDI Service & Support World are a good fit. Promotional marketing copy will not be included.
Can I participate if my announcement is under embargo?
Yes. Contact the PR team if you need to keep specific details confidential until the event. We'll work with you on what can be shared in advance.
Media Opportunities
Members of the media can visit the HDI Service & Support World Media Center for information about media qualifications and registration.
