We recommend booking as early as possible. Hotel rooms in the HDI Service & Support World block are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are likely to sell out before the conference.
What happens if the hotel block sells out?
If rooms in the HDI hotel block are no longer available, contact Caesars Palace directly to check availability outside the block. If the hotel is fully booked, there are numerous nearby accommodations on and around the Las Vegas Strip that provide convenient access to the conference.
Is staying at the conference hotel worth it?
Many attendees choose the conference hotel because it provides the easiest access to sessions, networking events, and conference activities throughout the week.
Can I stay somewhere other than Caesars Palace?
