When and where will SupportWorld Live 2020 now take place?

As eager as we are to bring you all together in person, it seems increasingly unlikely that large gatherings will be viable by August. We have made the difficult decision to cancel our live event, scheduled for August 2-7 in Las Vegas, NV, and replace it with SupportWorld Live: A Digital Experience.

  • Pre-event training and certification will be held virtually from August 4-6.
  • From August 11-12, SupportWorld Live: A Digital Experience will feature the quality content, meaningful connections and just plain fun you’ve always associated with our live events – while fully leveraging the advantages only a digital platform can offer!


I am a current SupportWorld Live 2020 conference or expo registrant; now that the event has been switched to a 100% digital experience, what will happen with my pass?

  • Those with paid registrations for conference or training packages at the live event should have received emails and/or calls describing their options. If you have not received these details, please contact our Customer Care team at at 800.248.5667 or webchat at www.supportworldlive.com from 9:00am-6:00pm EST or email [email protected]
  • Those with unpaid conference or confirmed hall only registrations for the live event have been automatically transferred to our free “Keynotes & Hall Only” package for the Digital Experience. To access all of the valuable session content and networking options, upgrade your package by June 19 for best pricing for full Live and On Demand access!

How long will On-Demand access to Digital Experience content be available?

If you purchase a pass that includes on-demand access, the content will be available through December 31, 2020. (Note that training and certification classes are not available as part of the on-demand package.)
