Health and Safety

Your Safety is Our Top Concern

UPDATE: October 26, 2021: SupportWorld Live has updated its health and safety protocols to require that all who attend the show must provide proof of full vaccination OR proof of a negative PCR COVID‑19 test result within 72 hours of arrival at the event. (See details about how to submit your results.) Masks are highly encouraged in all indoor spaces of the Omni Resort at ChampionsGate.

Note: We will accept vaccines approved for emergency or full use by the World Health Organization. This list currently includes Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson/Janssen, Sinovac, Sinopharm, Covidshied, and AstraZeneca.

COVID-19 has changed many aspects of our world, and the way we do business. Our attendees’ health and well-being are our #1 priority and we will do everything in our power to keep you safe.

Rest assured that we are continuously monitoring what the Centers for Disease Control, and local authorities have recommended and are following their advice closely. We are also working in lock step with the host venue - the Omni Resort at Championsgate - to ensure your experience onsite is an optimal one.

Please note that guidelines are continually being updated both nationally and locally, and we are adjusting our plans accordingly. Check back on this page for current health and safety protocols for SupportWorld Live as we get closer to the event dates.

Attendee Health Protocols

Expectations for all event participants:

  • All who attend the show must provide proof of full vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID‑19 test result within 72 hours of arrival at the event. (See details about how to submit your results.)
  • In line with CDC guidance, all SupportWorld Live attendees are masks are highly encouraged in indoor spaces. Face masks will be available for event participants that would like one.
  • All participants will self-screen daily for symptoms of COVID or other illness and will not attend if experiencing any symptoms.
  • Individuals should not attend the event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days or if they are concerned that they have been exposed to the virus within the last 14 days and could possibly test positive.
  • Should an event participant test positive for COVID-19, register a temperature, or become ill during the event, he/she/they should observe recognized quarantining procedures.

In addition:

  • Where possible, contactless systems and processes will be implemented to minimize "touch points."
  • Program materials will be distributed electronically where possible.
  • We are carefully managing crowd densities and capacities.
  • Break times have been extended between sessions to allow for enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • The exhibition hall will be cleaned nightly.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the event.
  • All attendees will be invited to place a green, yellow or red sticker on their badge to indicate their comfort level with physical contact/proximity, helping to ensure that individual boundaries are respected throughout the event.

Please note that the CDC advises:

  • Vaccines: “Getting vaccinated prevents severe illness, hospitalizations, and death. Unvaccinated people should get vaccinated and continue masking until they are fully vaccinated. With the Delta variant, this is more urgent than ever.”
  • Unvaccinated individuals: “If you are not fully vaccinated and aged 2 or older, you should wear a mask in indoor public places.”
  • Fully vaccinated individuals: “To maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent possibly spreading it to others, wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission.”

Additionally, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings is urging everyone to wear a mask in public indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status.
