Testing or Vaccine Entrance Policy

SupportWorld Live Testing or Vaccine Entrance Policy

Requirement:

Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken 72 hours prior to checking in on-site is required to attend SupportWorld Live. You may secure your own testing, or you can use this free option for all SWL attendees.

Optional:

If you prefer, you may show proof that you are fully vaccinated. "Full Vaccination" means two weeks after your final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

We will accept vaccines approved for emergency or full use by the World Health Organization. This list currently includes Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson/Janssen, Sinovac, Sinopharm, Covidshied, and AstraZeneca.

Sharing proof of vaccination is optional and waives the requirement of proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result.

You can show your Vaccination Record Card (CRC) from the CDC. Or you can show an image of the card, if you have a picture on your phone. Or you can use a digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by a SupportWorld Live approved company (please see below for approved companies).

How to Submit Your Information:

When you are onsite at the event, there will be a checkpoint in the National Ballroom foyer, which you will pass on the way to our event registration desk. There will be staff available there to check your documentation and give you a wristband to show you’ve been cleared. You’ll then proceed to registration as usual and enjoy the conference!

Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test

What is an acceptable negative COVID-19 test?

  • A negative COVID-19 PCR lab test result taken within 72 hours of entry to SupportWorld Live.
  • And identification with the same information as the negative COVID-19 test.

Proof of Vaccination

What is acceptable proof of vaccination?

Proof of full vaccination means demonstrating that a person has completed a vaccination regimen approved by the CDC:

  • a hard copy of a CDC vaccination card;
  • a photograph/digital copy of a CDC vaccination card; or
  • an approved digital/smart device application confirming full vaccination status.

And identification with the same information as the proof of vaccination.

“Full vaccination” means two weeks have passed after the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series which has been authorized for emergency use or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Or two weeks have passed after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination which has been authorized for emergency use or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, regardless of whether a COVID-19 vaccine booster has been received.

The following companies provide digital vaccine cards approved for use by SupportWorld Live (must also check against a photo ID):

  • Bindle (Cost to use.)
  • CLEAR HealthPass (Free to existing CLEAR member.)
  • CommonPass (Free to use.)
  • VaxYes (Free to use.)
