    • To ensure a diverse and complementary attendee base, your company must not directly align with the business focus of our technology exhibitors or sponsors.

  • LinkedIn Profile

    • Provide your LinkedIn URL as part of the application process to showcase your credentials.

  • New to HDI Service & Support World

    • Our VIP Program is crafted exclusively for first-time attendees, providing a special opportunity to explore the HDI experience. To qualify, applicants must be new to HDI events and must not have attended or paid for participation in any HDI event within the past two years.

Requirements: Commit to the VIP Experience

To secure your spot in the VIP program, you’ll need to:

  • Engage with Sponsors/Exhibitors: Participate in a tailored networking itinerary, including one-on-one meetings with industry leaders integral to your personalized networking playbook.
  • Confirm Your Stay: Upon approval of your VIP pass, provide proof of hotel accommodation reservations to our VIP Concierge within 21 days to confirm your participation.
