Hotel guest rooms will be held at the special conference rates until March 13, 2013, or until they sell out, and will be based upon availability after this date. A first night's deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card. Reservations must be canceled forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of the first night's deposit. Rates are available three days prior and three days after the conference.
Mandalay Bay Resort: $184.00 per night
THEhotel (all-suite hotel): $214.00 per night
NOTE: The Mandalay Bay Resort and THEhotel have a $15.00 per day, per room resort fee that will be posted to your account upon check-in. This fee includes:
- Internet access in each guest's room
- Local phone and 1 800 calls
- Outgoing faxes and boarding pass printing at the business center
- Daily newspaper
- Access to the resort's state-of-the-art Cardio Center
