To make reservations, please call 888.697.7997 and reference the HDI Annual Conference & Expo rate or reserve online. Hotel guest rooms will be held at the special conference rates until March 20, 2012 (or until they sell out), and will be based upon availability after this date. If you must cancel your reservation, you must do so at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance to avoid being charged for one night’s room and tax.
