Continuous process improvement has long been a tenet of manufacturing processes. When it comes to services, it is a bigger challenge. Everyone is expected to do more with less, and one of the best ways to do this is by building a process improvement program. In this workshop, Mike Hanson will provide an in-depth look at how to establish an effective process improvement program, including, among other things, understanding each phase of the improvement process, identifying the desired process improvement, obtaining leadership buy-in, and using cause-and-effect tools and mind-mapping to establish a program.
